These valves are a combination of pilot operated relief vavle and solenoid operated directional controlled valve.Piping between the two is eliminated as the solenoid vavle is directly mounted on the relief vavle and connected with the relief valve vent. Pump pressure may be unload remotely by an electrical signal to the solenoid, or by connecting pilot relief vavles to the solenoid valve ports
